Wild Roar Safari is a private travel service provider. We assist customers with safari booking support, hotel stays, transport coordination, and related tour packages. We are not the official website of Jim Corbett National Park, Corbett Tiger Reserve, or any government authority.
Availability, pricing, and confirmation
All bookings remain subject to real-time availability, required guest details, and successful confirmation from the relevant service provider or official booking system. Prices may change before confirmation if permits, stays, transport, or package costs are revised.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and explicit confirmation has been shared with you.
Traveler responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, contact details, dates, and guest counts at the time of enquiry and booking.
- Carry valid identity documents and any booking proofs required by the relevant operator or authority.
- Follow park rules, hotel rules, vehicle instructions, and safety guidance throughout the trip.
Changes, cancellations, and third-party services
Changes requested after confirmation may depend on supplier rules, permit rules, and availability. Cancellation handling is explained in our Cancellation Policy.
Safari permits, hotels, transport, and other third-party services may have their own operating conditions. We coordinate these services, but final delivery timelines, operational restrictions, and regulatory requirements may be controlled by those providers.
Liability and contact
While we work to provide accurate support and timely updates, Wild Roar Safari is not liable for delays, closures, permit restrictions, force majeure events, or changes initiated by government bodies, hotels, transport providers, or wildlife authorities.
