1. General Overview
By accessing our website and making bookings through SAAJ Hospitality, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking Policies
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires a partial or full advance payment. Safari slots are strictly subject to Jim Corbett National Park authorities' final approval.
3. Liability
As a private travel assistance service, SAAJ Hospitality acts only as an agent in booking accommodations, transport, and safaris. We are NOT affiliated with Jim Corbett National Park or any government authority. We accept no responsibility for any delays, loss of property, injury, or unforeseen changes caused by matters beyond our direct control (e.g., weather, strikes, rule changes by park authorities).
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramnagar, Nainital, Uttarakhand.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Terms
We strongly recommend you to read the cancellation policy before making any payments.
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date / No Show: No Refund.
- 15 - 30 Days before Arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- 30 Days or more before Arrival: 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
Safari Cancellation
Please note that Corbett Tiger Reserve safaris are non-refundable once booked. Park authorities do not allow any cancellations, date changes, or name changes on issued permits. Any refund policy stated above strictly applies to accommodation packages ONLY.
